HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani has sent a written message to HE President of the Republic of Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh, pertaining to bilateral relations between the two countries and means to support and promote them.
HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Djibouti Dr. Rashid bin Shafeea Al Marri delivered the message during a meeting, on Thursday, with HE Djibouti Foreign Minister Mahamoud Ali Youssouf.
