TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) is a multi-donor funded not-for-profit entity with its headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya and a presence in Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda. TMEA began its operations in 2010 and its first strategic phase completed in June 2017. The second strategic phase, known as Strategy 2, will span six years from 2017/18 to 2022/23.

TMEA’s donors (represented through the TMEA Council) seek to appoint a single supplier to undertake all annual reviews for the duration of Strategy 2. The contract will involve the delivery of six (6) annual reviews in years 2018 to 2023 inclusive.
