Tender Advert – Provision of TMEA Health Insurance and Group Life Assurance

TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) is an aid for trade organization funded by a range of donors and development agencies to promote regional trade and economic integration in East Africa. TMEA is headquartered in Nairobi with branch offices in EAC Partner States, Horn of Africa, and DRC Congo. TMEA is progressively expanding its operation to the southern region to cover Malawi, Mozambique and Zambia. TMEA is supporting several initiatives aimed at improving regional prosperity through reduced barriers to trade and improved business competitiveness. TMEA invites bids from reputable and qualified Insurance Brokerage Firms for:

• PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL AND HEALTH INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES TO EMPLOYEES OF TRADEMARK EAST AFRICA AND THEIR DEPENDANTS [TENDER NUMBER: PRQ20191231]; AND,

• PROVISION OF GROUP LIFE ASSURANCE/GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT/ WIBA (GLA/GPA/WIBA) FOR EMPLOYEES OF TRADEMARK EAST AFRICA [TENDER NUMBER: PRQ20191268].

Interested and eligible Insurance Brokerage Firms MUST submit separate technical and financial proposals via TMEA procurement mailbox at the address [email protected]. The closing date for submission of bids is 10 September 2020 as stipulated in the tender documents. You are further advised that only applications from registered Brokerage Firms shall be accepted.

TMEA cannot answer any query relating to this tender 7 days or less prior to the submission deadline.
