On December 2, 2016 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Dmitry Kuptel, met with the Commissioner for Infrastructure and Energy of the African Union Commission, Elham Ibrahim.
During the meeting, the sides discussed current state and prospects for cooperation between Belarus and the Commission of the African Union, including the development of the legal framework.
