TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) wishes to pre-qualify firms/consortiums for Civil Works (Construction) of a Cross Border Market Complex at Rubavu – Rwanda to the benefit of the Government of Rwanda represented by The Ministry of Trade and Industry (MINICOM).
Terms of reference for this prequalification and the prequalification document can be obtained at http://www.trademarkea.com/get-involved/procurement/. All queries quoting the above Tender Title and Number should be emailed to [email protected]. The closing date for submissions is 13th June 2016.

You are further advised that only applications from firms/ consortiums shall be accepted.

Interested, qualified and registered firms/consortiums should submit their bids as detailed in the tender document. Technically qualified firms/consortiums shall form a shortlist for Civil Works (Construction) of a Cross Border Market Complex at Rubavu – Rwanda.
